Overnight low is -7C. My tomato plants are huddled in the living room, anything left blooming has been cut and brought in--I've got nasturtiums in a glass in the bathroom, a mix of wildflowers by the front door, petunias by the phone (not usually a cut flower, I know, but they just started blooming again after I cut them way back a month ago when they got all leggy), and sweet peas and some more wildflowers here on my desk, which smell just lovely. Alas, I had to leave my abundantly blooming morning glories outside to freeze, since they'd twined their way up stakes, mesh screen, and strings to encroach on the roof of the building in front of us.
Trout's very annoyed with me. I made his outside cold. And I won't even let him go out in it.
Switched to Firefox. Lovelovelove the quick loading time, and the tabs. Whee! Just switched to Thunderbird. Once I figure out if I can set the default to compose plain-text email (which I never figured out in Eudora), and display the number and size of emails in each folder (which Eudora did do), I will be very happy. May have to rebuild my mail filters, but that's okay. Mmm, built-in trainable spam filter...
I think I need some new icons. Will possibly eventually get around to justifying that paid account with extra icons, but for now, I'm stuck with three at a time. Ah, well.

Then find the box that says "compose in evil html format" and uncheck it.
Are number and size just displayed at the bottom, in the bottom right?
Good luck!
