Jet Wolf has two new vids! A Cordy/Xander one, and a Willow/Tara one that makes me sniffly. Because. Well. Tara.
On a reading-kids-books tangent... I've finally gotten around to reading a few Junie B. Jones books. (For those of you who haven't encountered Junie B., they're div I stuff, Gr. 1-3.) And you know what? They're REALLY funny.
Like the one with the monster under her bed, where her friend's brother told him that when there's drool on your pillow, that means that the monster under the bed has been practicing putting your head in its mouth while you were sleeping. Junie B., understandably, gets very little sleep that night. But her best friend Grace isn't worried because her mom got rid of the monster under HER bed. She vacuumed it up and put it in the trash compactor.
So Junie's grandma, who looks after her after school, gets out the vacuum, etc, etc. But they don't have a trash compactor. And Junie doesn't trust that monster not to come climbing out of the garbage can. So grandma takes the vacuum bag and puts it under the wheels of her car and backs over it.
I snickered. A lot.
I've also been rereading the Green Knowe books, on a more classic note. And... is it wrong of me to want Tolly to grow up and live happily ever after with Ping?
