Karmic moving payback

Hepled a friend move today, balancing out my moving karma just a little bit further, since he and other friends helped us move twice in a six month period last year. And I'm telling you know, if anyone asks you to help them move, look them straight in the eye and ask them, are you taking a fridge with you? If the answer is yes, run away. (Those few people who may be wondering why we didn't make it to Randy's tonight, sorry guys, we didn't actually eat supper until 10:30, then came home and kinda collapsed.)

I'm sure I had many other interesting, insightful, and witty things to say, but they escape me right now. In closing, saw Van Helsing yesterday, and I laughed and laughed and laughed. I don't think it was supposed to be a comedy. Oh, well. (Oh, look! They're swinging on the gravity-defying ropes of DOOM again! And using that funky light that turns corners!)
