Leftover yumminess

Make a pot of jasmine rice.
In the last few minutes, take leftover red pepper stuffed with shrimp dumpling mix. Chop up, pan-fry, put in a covered bowl to keep hot.
Put some frozen, shelled edamame in a pan with some water. Cover, and let steam. Chop some green onion.
Fry two soft eggs per person. Dump on top of rice, add edamame and reheated peppers. Top with sesame seeds, chopped green onion, and soy sauce. If you like spicy, add some sambal olek.
Yummy!
