Yay for awesome teenagers

There were a bunch of high school kids on the bus this morning. The conversation went something like this:
Boy1: Yeah, we're totally going to get there even before Mr. So-and-So.
Boy2: You're, like, the only one who likes Mr. So-and-So. And he's gay.
Boy1: No, he's not. You're gay!
Boy2: No, he totally is!
Boy1: Whatever!
(about here I start gritting my teeth. And then...)
Boy2: It's not a big deal. My uncles are gay. I live with them.
Girl1: Yeah, my cousin's gay.
Girl2: The only one who cares whether or not Mr. So-and-So is gay is you, Boy2. Maybe you're actually gay...
(You just know she's totally one of those girls who watches Queer as Folk and everything...) That pretty much made my morning.
