General illness all around

daemonlunaMy computer has been Very Sick and doing all sorts of not-booting-up things, especially not recognizing the monitor.
A weekend of fussing with it, and a trip out to pick up Norton AntiVirus 2005, and it's operational again. For now. (holds breath)

troutkitty is also Very Sick, in a coughing and feeling wretched sort of sense. Norton didn't have to seem any effect on her... the hot tea with honey, extra-strength cough syrup and painkillers with codeine have helped a bit, though.
And now my throat's scratchy. Ergh. Reaching for the echinacea and ColdFX (which despite having Don Cherry as a spokesman, does work).
Currently Reading: Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell. Fantastic period fantasy, whee!
