Stupid, stupid spyware

Barb's computer's got a spam-bot type thingie that send her to this stupid search page that keeps adding itself to her temp file whenever she hits a 404-not-found. Clearing the cache, deleting temp files, and running AdAware and Spybot didn't help. Does anybody know of a better program to clear spyware off your computer? Got a favourite?

Better than Spybot? No. Is Spybot updated? There were updated spyware definitions released in March, and the current version is 1.2. Also, is the IMMUNIZE function being used? That can block spyware adding itself back in.

Just updated, immunized, and it still didn't work. Stupid spyware. Thanks for the help, tho!
