Woohoo! I finished a thing! I started this fic in 2005, after we saw Wilby Wonderful. Sixteen years later, it turns out that I have a lot to say about queer community, finding it, and creating it. Especially outside of major urban centres.

Wilby Proud Maybe next year, Wilby will have a parade. Mackenzie Fisher finds community and home. For everyone who can spot a rainbow flag at a hundred paces, has played the pronoun game, or has had to leave where they are to find home. This is for you.
