Goin' to Cuba!

Tomorrow, we leave for Calgary, take the cats to my parents, and stay overnight, as we are leaving for Cuba at 8:30 the next morning!
I (think) I have everything all sorted out at work for week after next. (Departmental timesheets done, arrangements made for storytelling class starting up, promotion underway for teen advisory group--I even remembered to unsub from my mailing lists before setting up the out-of-office autoreply for my email. You know this means that I have thus forgotten something crucial...)
Tomorrow morning, we scare the cats by bringing out the suitcases, and pack. Then, not forgetting anything crucial like passports, we go!
Still to determine--how many books I can take without bumping our suitcases over the weight limit.
While waiting for the last load of laundry to finish (I am so incredibly tired right now), we are watching Top Chef. Oh, Hung. You keep saying things like "I grew up eating food" and "I want my clothes to fit right. Not like wearing boxes." Maybe I am punch-drunk with tiredness, but! Boxes! I laughed.
Mere minutes, and then bed. Yay to that especially.
