We saw the new Shrek movie tonight. It was in the cheap theatres, and air-conditioned. I was entertained. August long weekend, yay! I am going to sprawl on the couch and read, poke at the garden, and hope the girl is up to poking at the garden with me, rather than curling up on the couch in agony. Still trying to find food she can actually eat.

Degrassi Premiere to Include Trans Teen "Now entering its 10th season, the hit teen TV show Degrassi is once again charting new territory — this time by featuring a transgender character." Old news by now, I know. Also, at Toronto Pride, Couples to wed atop Pride Parade float. Awwwww.
