Internal clocks
Apr. 2nd, 2006 10:32 pmI like the extra light we get with the switch to daylight savings time, but oh dear lord, is the transition hard. Especially since this past week was spring break. Going back to school tomorrow is going to be tough. (Or rather, getting up to go back.) At least I have no classes in the library on Mondays and can take care of a bunch of admin stuff.
Here's a post from
libraries looking for donations of teen books for a small, rural library. Some more info here. If you've got some YA books and want to send them somewhere they'll get good use, take a look. The person co-ordinating is going to arrange for anything her library doesn't get to go to another library in the area. They're also taking donations via amazon and second-hand books on alibris.
(*cough* I didn't spend the evening compiling a three-page list of suggested titles, no, really. Except in the way where I actually did.)
Where is all the Grey's Anatomy talk tonight? Seriously, my flist is completely silent about it. Doctor Cassie is pretty cool. And I have to admit, I did feel sorry for Meredith this week.
Gah. I'm wide awake now. Oh yes, tomorrow is going to be hard.
