Not Quite Dead Yet

Still here. Still alive. Just caught up on flist, was at skip=180. I've had a very busy week or so, what with all the birthdays. I don't think I've spent an evening at home since... hmm... last Thurs? Was I at home last Thurs? Anyhow.

Spent the afternoon potting all my plants and seedlings and cleaning up the balcony. troutkitty brought jestyna home for supper (and her sister brought herself over), so my girl could use her new barbeque (birthday present from parents). So after several hours of planting things and creating a lovely little container garden space and cleaning up the huge mess all the repotting caused, that's when the black stormclouds blew in.

Now all my plants are crowded into the house. (Along with chaluer23's plant. Which I have taken into protective custody for the summer while she's gone. I will try not to kill it with overwatering, since it looks like some kind of succulent.) And it's supposed to be cold and icky all weekend so I suspect I'm going to have to spend that time trying to keep the cats from eating things they're not allowed to. (Or in one case, stomping all over the soil where I'd just planted stuff!)

But we saw Shrek 2 tonight, so it's all good.
