channel_force is very evil! Because, well, just look at this! And here I've been telling the particular bunch of lunatics we hang out with that Totoros. Don't. Eat. Cows. For the past SEVEN YEARS I've been saying this!

Cool people I know in RL who've been co-erced onto LJ lately: Kaye aka chaleur23 is trying to convert us all into hockey fans by sneaking hockey stuff into her LJ posts. The lure of queenzulu's friends-locked posts got Kirstin to sign up as drakkenfyre, and do experimental fiction things with her lj.

Cool people I know who have non-lj blogs: Well, there's Dale in all his acerbicness, and Dan and Mannie with their very cool Dan-designed layout and the pictures from their trip to Japan, and the inestimable Jet Wolf whose latest obssession is all things Buffy (case in point, Mostly Filler).

I've got a bunch of random links to go through and post. I've also got a bunch of book blather to post. But for now, I think we're going to go out with Anna to take her puppy (read: large, full-grown golden retriever) for a walk along the ridge above the river because it's 10C with a high of 16C, and gorgeous and sunny. Yay, sun!
