For the sake of my Tech Support bretheren, I think phoning Tech Support over this issue is sort of in poor taste. They're folk like me who have no control over what the company does and can't change anything. You're much better off to actually voice your concern to someone who CAN do something. Otherwise, it's just making an already extremely difficult job even worse.
