daemonlunaInfo on the library currently looking for donations to its meagre teen collection can be found here. They're taking donated books, and donations via an amazon wish list.
(I did post a link to this a couple weeks ago, but a certain author said he was willing to donate his YA books, and would he mind passing the info along to any other authors who might be willing to do the same?)
Seriously, it's an awesome opportunity to spend $10 and get current sexual heath info, GLBT books, or anything else you feel is important into the hands of a small, rural American library where it wouldn't otherwise be available. (And if you want to know which ones are the GLBT teen books, lemme know.) They haven't gotten much SF or fantasy, or many "guy" books, either.

I don't usually spam my lj with this kind of thing and am definitely not trying to pressure anyone into anything, but I think it's worthwhile, and is very grassroots insofar that it's mostly the work of one person at the library, volunteering her time and effort. So feel free to link or repost if you so desire.
In conclusion, relevant and up to date books, good! No money for books and outdated collection, bad!
