Okay, I think this season has found its groove or whatnot.

I am actually liking Elliot a lot this season. And the scenes with his mom in the beginning were just too cute. (With the fake eyebrow ring! And she offers to help him put it back in!) His case this week was kind of missing something for me--I think it was any kind of revelation or resolution, but that's okay. And the budding romance with what's-her-name is very sweet. Especially about wanting to be with her family to feel like he's part of something bigger than just himself.

And I'm actually kind of liking Jack Angel more. Still want to see James come back, but Jack's not nearly so obnoxious as he was in the first few episodes. Or rather, is more than just obnoxious. (And was it just me, or did he totally have chemistry going on with Crown Portello?) However, still have no desire to see him shirtless, gotta say.

Zona Robinson is cool and kick-ass.

queenzulu and I were talking, and there should be Tamara Rogan slash because she is so very repressed. Possibly of the drunken office party aftermath sort.)

David Kaye! Engagement party! He and his hot partner were adorable. And... and... that's really all I have to say about it, just the squee.

And Alice! Oh, Alice. With your wastrel sister and your angst and dealing with poor, mentally ill Camilla Scott character. And Nancy! "Do you need me? Should I come? I'm coming!" You just know that Nancy is the one who dragged Alice's conflicted, drunken self home, and put her to bed, and lectured her in the morning as she threw up.

Am attempting to post last week's ep on Yousendit. We'll see if it works. We'll also see if I can find a digital copy of this week's ep too. (If anyone has any other episodes as avi's or such--I know 1x1 and 1x2 were floating around as torrents ages ago--I would love copies for pimping purposes.)
