Ooh, sidewalk art to end all sidewalk art.

And Theodore Geissel (sp?) aka Dr. Seuss's political cartoons are online here.

And some lovely, long plotty Angel fic, Splinter by Rheanna and Yahtzee. I think I got the rec for this off [livejournal.com profile] crack_van. End of season two, what happened if the leap back home from Pylea didn't... quite... go home after all. Gen.

Thinking about doing some webpage redesign, though it risks aggravating the RSI twinges in my wrist and shoulder. What I should really do is haul laundry over to my parents' (Yes, the epic battle of the washing machine, ie, the lack thereof of one that works, still continues.) Sigh.

I've just read the first chapter of Splinter and it's great. Thanks for the rec.

No problem. ^_^ The same author's got some cool stories, including Destination Unknown--Buffy/Giles is one of your 'ships, isn't it? (Not my cup of tea--I think it's the power imbalance parental authority figure thing, since Harry/Snape also squicks me.) Anyhow. Enjoy!

Hmm, I've read Destination Unknown before, and it's really good. I guess I should check out this author in more depth.

As for the B/G thing, it was a passing fancy, I fear, and is now fading. (I'm currently on a huge Buffy/Faith kick). And I agree, there are always those parental/authority issues to deal with. Plus, Harry/Snape? Big squick. I did, however, read a Snape/giant squid thing recently that actually worked. Strange, but there it is.

You just keep opening up like a flower, don't you?

*trying to get the image out of my head.* Ach, poor Snape

Snape/squid? Oh, dear. Read a Snape/Hagrid at one point, not quite sure why. Want some Buffy/Faith links? *g*
